The Rhythm of the Farm
Spring (April - May)
The growing season begins. The first fresh flowers arrive, with plentiful seasonal stems available as the farm awakens and the days lengthen.

Summer (June - August)
Peak abundance. Fresh cut flowers are at their most plentiful, harvested daily for bouquets, events & florists. Ornamental gourds ripen alongside summer blooms, while selected flowers are gathered & dried for winter.

Autumn (September - October)
A rich & generous season. Fresh flowers continue right through to the end of October, complimented by baskets of ornamental gourds & dried flowers before the farm begins its transition into winter.

Winter (November - March)
A slower pace. Dried flowers are available for winter arrangements & wreaths while willow coppicing provides a natural, sustainable material for workshops & seasonal designs.

My Story
I'm Katie and Verdant Flower Farm is my journey to MORE FLOWERS.

I've enjoyed ten plus flower filled years as a florist in Norfolk and have had the pleasure of bringing beautiful blooms together for weddings, events, farewells & workshops throughout East Anglia.

In 2024 the seed was planted for the next chapter of my story & work began on transforming an empty acre of field into this plant lovers paradise. A place where the offerings change with the seasons and embrace a widely forgotten GREEN approach to floristry.

Nestled in the Norfolk countryside, near Reepham, the farm produces fresh flowers from April - October. In addition to this, blooms are harvested and dried throughout the season, to extend our offering into winter with abundant dried flowers.

I've established a Willow coppice, for a regular supply of sustainable weaving material to compliment and enhance my floral design & grow a selection of decorative gourds for autumnal displays.
